Why should creative operations managers care about metrics?

So why should you invest some time in talking about which creative operations metrics are right for your organization?

Well, there’s going to be some metrics that are universal to every company, such as average review cycle. But then there’s also going to be metrics or ways of filtering those metrics by different variables that are unique to your organization.
